Competitive Player Registration

U9-U11 Competitive Players

Tryout Registration for Competitive U9 & U11 is now available, please see our TRYOUT PAGE page for details. As a reminder, U9 & U11 will be required to follow the Hockey Canada Pathway meaning they will officially start after Labour Day. For more details on the new pathway, visit OWHA. Please note that based on Hockey Canada’s new Pathway for U9 & U11, GCGH includes 4 conditioning sessions prior to tryouts for our returning U9 & U11 GCGH players (skills sessions only).

Players trying out with a Permission to Tryout (PTT) from their home organisation should register for tryouts only. The season registration will initiate a release from your home association.

U13-U22 & Senior Competitive Players

Please only register if you have been offered and accepted a spot on a U13-U22 or Senior Competitive team.

House League

Registration for all House League is open for all levels (Click HERE to Register).

As a reminder, U9 & U11 will be required to follow the Hockey Canada Pathway meaning they officially start after Labour Day. For more details on the new pathway visit OWHA. Please note that based on Hockey Canada’s new Pathway for U9 & U11, GCGH MUST offer conditioning sessions for U9 and U11 (skills sessions only). Hockey Canada wants to ensure the kids get some ice times before the sort outs (house league).

Team Staff Registration

In accordance with OWHA policy, all Team Staff (Coach, Trainer, Manager, On-Ice Helpers, and Den Moms) are required to register themselves within the RAMP system through the same portal as players. Please ensure when registering as a Team Staff Member that you apply for your VSS (police check) asap as OWHA requires this before the start of the season (cannot be rostered without it).

You only need to register one time even if volunteering with multiple teams or in more than one role. The registrar will be able to assign staff using the single registration.
